What's for dinner?

Need ideas on what to make for dinner?
Check out what I've been making...:)

Roast beef dips
  • Get some Roast beef from your deli! Saute peppers and onions.  Make up some Au Jus(from the little packets! Don't judge me.)  Broil some nice deli rolls with butter, garlic salt, and provolone cheese until the cheese is melty!  Serve sandwich piled high with meat and peppers and serve the Au Ju on the side!

Asian Lettuce Wraps!
P.F. Chang's Orange Chicken & stir-fry

Found in the freezer section, this frozen dish is great with added
extra stir-fried veggies on some brown rice!

Taco salad
  • On a bed of tortilla/Dorito chips, layer Black beans, ground turkey, lettuce, your favorite salsa, sour cream and cheese.
Pulled BBQ sandwiches
  • Beef roast for the crockpot, Bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce, ciabatta rolls, spicy Jack cheese
    • In the morning, put a little Olive Oil at the bottom of a crockpot, place your roast in and pour the bottle of BBQ sauce in.  I added a little water too, so that the beef was covered in liquid.
    • Cooked on low for 6-8 hours.
    • When done cooking i took out the roast and shredded it up and threw it back in the crockpot with all the yummy hot BBQ sauce.
    • Toasted up some ciabatta rolls, added some Pepper-Jack cheese
    • Piled on the meat and added some extra sauce.
BLT's
  • Bacon, Sourdough bread, Romaine lettuce, sliced tomato, light mayo!
Rachel Ray's Thai chicken wraps
  • I love this dish, but unfortunately got lazy that night and had nothing really to go with, so it wasn't super filling...
  • Next time I serve this though, maybe potstickers? Or lemon pilaf rice?
Asian Chicken Salad
  • Sliced chicken, romaine lettuce, slivered almonds, asian crunchy noodles, Son Vay Toasted Sesame dressing
Ranch Dressing Chicken
  • The hubby loved this!  Very flavorful! I just kinda made it up because i wanted to use up the chicken we had in the fridge.  Oh-and we also love ranch dressing :)
My mom's Potato Cheese soup!
  • Honestly, the best potato cheese soup!! Also, the perfect compliment to our cold and rainy weather!   Warm bread on the side is a must!
Chicken Piccata by the Pioneer Woman
  • Soo easy and delicious!
  • Plus, super cheap because most of the ingredients I had on-hand! The only thing I had to buy was Heavy Cream and a $2 bottle of white wine!
